One day Jesus asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is? His disciples said, “Well, some think you’re John the Baptist [risen from the dead], others say you’re Elijah, still others Jeremiah or one of the other prophets.”

“But who do you say that I am?” Jesus asked. It was Simon Peter who volunteered first, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God!” Jesus immediately told Peter that it was not some man nor did he (Peter) figure that out, but instead, it was revealed to him by the Father…who is IN HEAVEN. After that Jesus prophesied to Peter and then gave him a KEY(S) to the kingdom of heaven. 

Now one must come to the understanding of what all this spiritual “jargon” means. Otherwise, the treasures hidden amongst the chapters and verses are heaped upon with more rubble and dust thus becomes buried deeper. Just as a treasure buried at sea, the movements of the waves, the tidal action, the shifting sands, the growth of sea-life, etc., all contribute to hiding the treasure that becomes lost within the sea of humanity. Our desire is to help one discover this sunken treasure. However, before anything becomes a “treasure,” it must first BE realized as valuable or “treasured.” So it’s necessary to learn how to recognize and value treasure before we can ever find it. That’s because one man’s junk is another man’s treasure. Correspondingly also true, one man’s treasure is another man’s junk. 

Since a “treasure” has been determined as something valuable, it is most often found under lock and key in a place of “safe-keeping.” No doubt anyone can immediately suggest an example to illustrate this, so it is of no value to do so here. The point is, treasures are kept locked away, even hidden, so a thief cannot break through and steal. Great extremes are enforced to protect these treasures. Just as easy as one could suggest an example of the safekeeping of a treasure, it is equally as simple to tell of a robbery of such a site. Newspapers, TV, etc., tell of these events happening every day across the globe, so we must realize that even with all the walls, fences, safes, lasers, alarms, etc., the treasure can still be stolen. This event happens quite often, as you will shortly see!

Another threat to treasures is the possibility of ruin or loss by the “natural” elements of this world, whether it is water, rust, wear, exposure, corrosion, etc. Many collectors build specially designed rooms to protect the treasure from the natural elements that would prematurely shorten or destroy the life of the treasure. Still again, the inevitable still happens, it sneaks upon the treasure and begins the corrupting process. What can we do?

Jesus, the way-shower, said, “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through or steal:”

What in the world is Jesus referring to? Where is “heaven” and how do I lay up treasure there if I’m down here on earth, especially since it has been made perfectly clear that the “earth” is not the place to do it? My instructors have always told me that heaven was “up there” somewhere. That being the case, how do I get there to “lay up” my treasure? Even if I had the time and money to build or buy a rocket-ship to take me to this “up there” heaven, how do I find it when I get there? How will I know when I get there? What does it look like? What is the address? Or the GPS waypoint? If I am to lay up treasures in “heaven” I must know where heaven is, what heaven is, and how to get there. Right? Sounds like a reasonable question, don’t you think? Here is some more of that spiritual “jargon” referenced above! I like to think of it as a treasure hid within a treasure.

Jesus told us the parable of a man who found a treasure in a field and when he found it, he immediately hid it again in the same field and went and bought that field. Once owned, the treasure found in the field that was hid again is now yours according to the law of that day! Proverbs tells us to “Buy the truth and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.”

Do you find yourself saying, “What on earth are you talking about?” The answers await you! These treasures are waiting to be discovered!

Let’s interpret some of this “spiritual jargon.” A good place to start is the word “earth.” When this word is usually mentioned, the thought formed is usually “terra-firma,” or “planet earth.” That view, for the most part, comes from a carnal mind and is only a materialistic look. Since the Bible is a “Spiritual Book” and NOT a history book, one must rise above the carnal mind and endeavor to seek the wisdom from above for the spiritual application of these truths and to find themselves as the principal actors on every page!

The word “earth” represents the “earth” of yourself, or in other words, the “container” for the occupant. This is otherwise known in “spiritual jargon” as your visible body. That’s what the words “earth, earthly,” or “earthen,” etc. is referring to in allegorical form throughout the scriptures.

Many times we find the word “earth” used in conjunction with the word “heaven(s).” This word too has been somewhat abused by our natural mind into believing it is referring to a celestial city in the sky, and whatever is above and beyond that. However, not attempting to lessen the magnificent wonder of this universe and take anything away from it, we must stop and consider that if we interpret the meaning to be that, and only that, we will find ourselves, once again, still lost in a huge universe feeling helplessly …LOST! But if we recognize and realize that the heavens and earth are a description of ourselves, then the great gulf of separation, that’s found in the mind of most, will no longer be viewed as impassable and all hopelessness will depart.

We have spent our entire lives based on a belief that “one day” we will “get” to go to heaven, when Jesus said over 2000 years ago, it was nigh you, even in your heart! In another conversation, He said it was “within you!” So what are the heavens?

Most students of the Word, recognize that we are comprised of three parts; a body, a soul, and the spirit. Understand that your body is the “earth,” and contained within that earth/body is where you will discover the heavens…your soul and spirit.

If you go back to Genesis, the opening verse states, In the beginning, God created the heavens (plural) and earth (singular). You see, you only have ONE BODY, but you have TWO heavens…the SOUL and the SPIRIT. By studying the first chapter of Genesis, you will find a description of yourself, NOT necessarily one of the universe! For as you came to be into this world, you were without true form and you were void of understanding, and DARKNESS (deception) was upon the face of your deep (true consciousness – known as the Christ Mind). But when the Spirit of God moved (brooded) upon the face of your waters (spirit), He said, Let there be illumination upon this darkened earth/body! And Light WAS! Can you begin to see the “real” heavens and earth? That’s what you are. When this soaks in, your whole life will change! I promise you, you’ll never be the same!

God is a Spirit and Spirit is what you are! You are one of many “images” and “expressions” that is contained within the “dispenser” called the body-temple. Yet when you were formed, you became a “living soul.” Please realize you ARE Spirit that BECAME a Soul that manifests a Body. In other words, you existed BEFORE this present experience as Spirit in God, which now became an “individual” expression of God, thus forming a visible image of God that those of this dimension can see.  That’s the order you were created. First you were Spirit in the image and likeness of God, and then became a soul and then you were given a body. Here’s the order recorded for you in the first chapter of this living book, not a history book!

In the beginning, the spirit and soul are undivided and operate in total harmony together to function as a pleasurable experience for God expressing the true image and likeness of God in a heavenly Eden of delight. That’s the FIRST DAY order of God.

But come the second day, we see a separation occurring in the heavens. A firmament or a GREAT EXPANSE in the waters (Spirit) occurred, separating the waters “under” the expanse from the waters “above” the expanse. And God called this the HEAVENS!

“Water” is “spiritual jargon” for SPIRIT! In the beginning you were created in the likeness and image of God, which is SPIRIT. But on day two, we see a dividing in the midst of the waters and the SPIRIT (water) were divided from the “lower” Spirit and the “higher” Spirit. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, you’ve just witnessed the separation of the soul taken or “separated” from the true spirit man. And God named this firmament the HEAVENS! (Genesis 1:8) This all happened on the SECOND Day!

On day three, we find the third of ourselves (earth/body) being mulled over by the Creator. Here we discover the “earth” is brought forth out of the waters (Spirit) and caused to “appear.” This is the Word being made “flesh.” That means bringing an invisible God into visibility in a time-space environment that we know as this world. This is done through the wonderful exposure of our body that was made to “appear” OUT OF SPIRIT, which is jargon for “the waters.” Hopefully you noticed the wording—made to appear! In order for something to appear out of something it has to first be there. It had to “pre-exist” in order to “appear.” Maybe “materialize” is a more accurate term. For that is what our body actually is—that is “spirit” slowed down to a point of visibility. Just as Jesus ascended into “heaven,” he actually “de-materialized” in front of his disciples and they, still part of this “time/space environment, could no longer see him. The real mystery is the fact he NEVER left the planet! Just as He told them, I will never leave you or forsake you. He just changed form, or in other words, went back to the “glory He had before the world” which was pure Spirit. 

Then God said let the earth (body) bring forth grass, trees, and plants. Grass is “spiritual jargon” for the “flesh” of man (Isaiah 40:6) and trees is “spiritual jargon” for the “character and nature” and is the producer of the fruit of man. (see Daniel 4) This is only a mystery to those who view this in the context of talking about physical trees. This is not to take anything away from the physical creation of this natural world, but let me remind you, that what is seen is only spiritual things slowed down to a point of visibility. Paul described it as a shadow of a much greater reality. Please bear in mind that ONLY Spirit is reality, what you see with your eyes is temporal or temporary. Eternal things are invisible to us in this time/space world. So it is important to look into the spiritual applications of creation to see the reality of all things.  You may think me to be nuts, but I see the “physical creation” to be nothing more than a picture of ourselves blown up to massive proportions and magnified so we can clearly see the invisible things of Him in this corporeal formation. DAY THREE was completed.

YOU have now been created in the mind of God; nevertheless, God is not finished with you yet! For within the “firmament of the heavens” (soul and spirit) God established authority and rule by providing two lights to separate the difference between the ruling authorities. The “greater” light to rule the “day” and the “lesser” light to rule the night. This “spiritual jargon” once again identifies the state of the earth (body) when ruled by the Spirit (greater light) called DAY, and when ruled by the lesser light (soul) called NIGHT. It is important to notice, during the reign of either rule; light is still distinguishable from the darkness! And God called it good and approved it sealing the FOURTH DAY.

On the next day God lovingly fills you full of Himself. “Out of Spirit” (the waters) He caused to come forth abundantly all kinds of living creatures, and your heavens are filled with the birds of the air. “Spiritual jargon” reveals that the birds flying within the expanse of your heavens represent your thoughts and imaginations, which knows no boundaries just as the universe discloses. Whereas the sea creatures divulge they symbolize the “spirits” found within you. It was commanded that both bring forth abundantly within this new creation of yourself and so finished the FIFTH Day.

He’s almost done with you because all that’s left is the “feelings” of life, in other words, you are now fitted with emotions, desires, and passions. Out of your earth (body) God brought forth the “living” creatures. All the livestock, creeping things, and wild beasts were made to inhabit your earth according to its kind. And so God made man in His image…. and gave him dominion over his body. The instructions were to be fruitful and multiply and “fill the earth,” yet subdue it. In other words, use all the vast resources to give a pleasurable expression to the Creator of this most wonderful creation! So the SIXTH Day was completed and God rested on the SEVENTH Day from all His labor.

This is the “TRUE” creation of the HEAVENS and EARTH created in the mind of God from the beginning! YOU are a living ensample of that creation today, whether you realize it or not! Just as it took days one through three to create you, (1) Spirit; (2) Soul; (3) Body; He also followed the same pattern and “filled” you in the same order in days four through six, (4) Spirit; (5) Soul; (6) Body. In other words, just as the “heavens” were divided on day two, we see the “divided” heavens filled. The gifts of authority (sun & moon) were placed in the heavenly realm of Spirit, whereas “thoughts” (birds) and “spirits” (sea-life) were designated in the “lower” heaven, and the body manifestation was filled with all kinds of feelings, emotions, desires, and passions (beasts and animals). 

One of my most favorite scriptures is Romans 1:20: “For the invisible things of him FROM THE CREATION OF THE WORLD ARE CLEARLY SEEN, being understood BY THE THINGS THAT ARE MADE, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.” So since God so graciously provided for us a HUGE example of ourselves, this universe, we can vividly see a magnified picture of ourselves. We can “see” the earth. We can touch it, smell it, taste it, hear it. It is VISIBLE just like our body. Yet the body “ONLY” responds to electrical impulses sent from the brain. NOTHING ELSE, IT”S IMPOSSIBLE! Wake up, your body is not who you are, it’s only the house you live in. This universe we live in provides a magnified example of this truth and also reveals that we have a much “higher” realm contained within us that is called heaven. We point “up” to the heavens, like that’s where the heavens are, which is true, it you are referring to the “natural” heavens of this universe. In the same way, the heavens within us are also “up.” However, NOT as in location, but as in the expressive quality and reality of a “higher” life! Can you hear me?

Jesus was often mentioned as going “up” into the “mountain” to pray, signifying a dimensional change of “atmospheres.” In other words, He went into the “heavens” to pray. That’s the only place prayer works! You’ll see this shortly, so hang on!

As our earth (body) is visible, the same is true of Mother Earth. However, the heavens are INVISIBLE…to the “naked” eye! It was only when Adam “realized” he was “naked” that he lost sight of the heavens! Since the heavens [in you] are invisible, meaning your soul and spirit, and we understand that God is SPIRIT, we can further understand the statement, no [physical] man has seen God [Spirit] at any time. Now it is incontestably accepted that God is IN HEAVEN. Inquiring further, we realize that man will quickly state that’s where God dwells, that is, His home. Now, please tell me, WHERE IS THAT?

Very simply, IN YOU!

Jesus’ answer to Peter was: “Flesh and blood did not reveal that to you, but my Father WHICH IS IN HEAVEN!” Where is that? IN YOU! So now we can understand how Jesus could answer the question. The same with you. The answer is WITHIN YOU! God dwells within the HEAVENS of EVERYMAN! That is where GOD is, IN HEAVEN. So then we can understand the saying that states: “God is all and in all!” Remember the Lord’s Prayer, “Our Father…. WHICH ART IN HEAVEN!!” Where’s that? IN YOU!

Get the picture yet? Where’s heaven? IN YOU!

This is why it is so important to understand the “jargon” of the Spirit. That’s just another way of saying, I know the “code” or I have a “KEY!”

Jesus said to Peter, “That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven.”

Boy, is that a mouthful or what? Did you hear what Jesus just told Peter? After he foretold Peter’s purpose of being established as a rock that the gates of hell could not prevail against, Jesus said, “I’m going to give you a key!”

I think we have just run right on by this one. What do keys do? Keys unlock LOCKS. If I were to hand you a set of keys, you would questionably look at me and say, “What do these go to and why are you giving them to me?” You will think and act that way because you “know” that those keys belong to something and that something is valued enough that a “KEY” is needed to keep intruders or thieves out of or away from it. You will also realize that the simple act of placing those keys in your possession “gives” you access to whatever those keys open, whether it be a door, a car, a safety deposit box, a treasure chest, etc. If one key was to a door, I could then unlock that door and whatever is inside would be instantly revealed to me by the mere use of that key! If it were a car, I would have instant access to that car, if a safety deposit box, I would have instant access to whatever is contained within that box…all because the keys WERE GIVEN TO ME! Please hear me well…THIS IS WHAT JESUS DID TO PETER…HE GAVE HIM A SET OF KEYS! To what? The KINGDOM of HEAVEN!

Where is HEAVEN? IN YOU!

Jesus said, “Peter, I’m going to give you the Keys of the Kingdom and this is it!”

“Whatever you bind on earth, must already be bound in the heavens, and whatever you loose on earth, must already be loosed in the heavens!” To one whose “heavens” is somewhere in the sky awaiting your entrance one day, this scripture has been somewhat hard to understand, therefore, you have probably relegated this truth to future events. But to those whose eyes have been opened, one realizes that God does not dwell in TIME and what was then is NOW! Nevertheless, this scripture is not talking about a pearly-gated community! So let’s try again.

“Whatever you bind on earth, (your body) must already be bound in the heavens, (spirit and soul) and whatever you loose on earth, (body) must already be loosed in the heavens!” (spirit and soul)

It’s always that order! Listen…those who have ears to hear! Within the “heavens” of you is the throne room [as well as the throne!]. From that throne, all activity “IN THE EARTH” [of you] is decided and carried forth. It does not matter who is sitting on the throne as to the commands issued and deeds done. If the commands are decreed in the heavens, they WILL be done IN THE EARTH (your Body)!  That’s the order of God; it is always decided in the “heavens” FIRST before it is ever manifested “in the earth!” Nothing can be bound in your “earth/body” that’s not first been bound in your “heaven/spirit!” Nothing can be loosed in your “earth/body that has not first been loosed in your “heaven/spirit!” This is not some formula for you to “try” to work, this is DIVINE KINGDOM LAW!

However, a word to the wise is sufficient, it ALWAYS works! It can work for you just as quick as it can work against you. The determining factor is: WHO IS SITTING ON THE THRONE? As was just stated above, “It does not matter who is sitting on the throne as to the commands issued…” but what does matter is the results of the commandment. That simply means that within a kingdom’s rule and dominion, all commands are carried forth or somebody dies! If you want to get killed, try disobeying the king!

Who is sitting on YOUR THRONE? What does that mean?

Remember, there are TWO HEAVENS within you, the greater light and the lesser light. One is the rule and reign of God, which is a SPIRITUAL kingdom. The other heaven is the attempted (reflected) rule and reign of one’s self by himself, comprised of a carnal kingdom operated within the realm of heaven called the soul. Both of these heavens co-exist within every man, yet only one can have dominion and rule. So we are left to discover who is sitting on the throne. The answer to that question leaves no doubt as to which kingdom one dwells.

The answer to life’s heavenly or hellish experiences lies within the realm of these two kingdoms. All commands are carried forth! If your kingdom is one of SOUL, then the commandments coming forth from the throne room of your heart will be carried out and manifested in the body/temple of yourself. If your kingdom is one of SPIRIT, then the commandments coming forth from the throne room of your heart will be carried out and manifested in the body/temple of yourself. In other words, what has been established FIRST in the heavens of you is what is brought forth in the earth of you.

Day four of creation reveals there is two authorities within the life of everyman, one indicative of a day ruling, the other of night. This reveals the difference of the true Spirit of God ruling and reigning vs. the soul of man usurping the throne. Jesus used a similar analogy comparing the one who builds his house upon the shifting sands (soul), versus the one who builds upon the rock. (spirit)  

Our natural amplified examples consist of the sun and the moon. Yet, upon examination of these huge examples, we quickly see, the light from the moon is only a “reflection” of the sun and has no light of its own! When the “true light” of the world [speaking of the sun in the natural, Christ in the spiritual] is ruling the earth, we walk in the daylight, clearly seeing where to go, what to do, and how to do it. Yet when the “lesser” light is ruling or should we say attempting to rule [because it is only a reflection, not true light], we find ourselves stumbling and cannot clearly see anything, for we walk in the darkness of the night. In case you haven’t understood yet, when the authority in your life is YOU, you are the “lesser” light called the moon.

It should be noted, there are times when there has been darkness during the day light hours.  One is when the moon comes between the sun and the earth. This is when the rule of the soul eclipses the sun and the body will elapse into darkness. In other words, when your egotistical soul comes between and overcomes the Word of God, the whole kingdom of the earth/body is thrown into darkness. This is called a solar eclipse . The other is when the body attempts to place itself in line with the heavens and shuts the light of the sun that brings darkness to the soul. That’s called a lunar eclipse. In either case, the True Light of the World was temporarily blocked by the one coming between the other one creating darkness. Have you been there?

Just as Jesus told Peter, “Whatever you bind on earth, must already be bound in the heavens, and whatever you loose on earth, must already be loosed in the heavens!” He’s not essentially telling Peter how to bind or loose something in the heavens and earth! Rather, He’s giving him the KEY [or explaining the “jargon”] OF A DIVINE PRINCIPAL IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD! And by giving him the key, he has revealed (unlocked the door) the only way anything is ever done in earth (your body)! The body is only a visible manifestation of a heavenly command!  Otherwise, if there’s “silence” in heaven, there’s no activity in earth! Can you hear me?

If we were to go a couple of chapters over in Matthew from the above discourse with Peter, we find Jesus once again stating, (Jesus is attempting once again to set forth this key…listen to His opening line.)…”Truly I tell you, whatever you forbid and declare to be improper and unlawful on earth must be what is already forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit and declare proper and lawful on earth must be what is already permitted in heaven. (Amp.  Matt 18:18)

Once again, Jesus is still trying to illustrate the key to kingdom law. Before anything is ever done in earth, it must be done in heaven first! Where is heaven? IN YOU! Where is the earth? YOU ARE! So in effect, what is the key? Before anything is ever manifested in your body, if must be in done in Spirit or Soul first!

O ye of little faith! That’s why you cannot drive out that epilepsy in the “child of yourself.” Except you come as a little child, you cannot enter the kingdom of God. Remember? Yet the epilepsy keeps returning because you’re “moonstruck!” Trying to operate “spiritual law” with a carnal mind. It won’t work! While the Christ of you is being transfigured, you keep asking the question, “Why could we not drive it out?”

O ye of little faith! Haven’t you ever cast a mountain into the sea of forgetfulness? Or have you? Those with little faith the size of a mustard seed can! Those are the same ones who hear this message. For they have realized WHERE the mountain is FIRST! And to cast a mountain down in body (visible form), must FIRST be cast down in the heavens (soul or spirit)! Don’t you think cancer or heart problems are “mountains” in the earth/temple manifestation? What about bitterness, un-forgiveness, or hatred? What about worry or fear? Did you really think Jesus was referring to a literal mountain? You’re the earth he’s referring to and the mountain is IN YOU! You should know, you built it!

I promise you, it works just as much for you as it can against you. The problem is you don’t know that because you are still holding the KEYS in your hand and have never put them into the lock and turned…and…opened ….to see…what’s inside!  Yet it continues to work, because that is the LAW OF THE HEAVENS.

If we look at the next verse following Matt 18:18 we would see Jesus once again trying to explain this principal. As before, pay attention to his opening remark, “Again I tell you, if two of you agree…” Let’s stop right there. Do you see the repetitiveness of His words, “Again I tell you…” This verse is a continuation of the previous verse yet we have taken this verse to mean an entirely different thing. Jesus said, “If “TWO OF YOU”…that’s only talking about YOU! Please hear this well! Not you and a friend, NOT you and your wife or husband, NOT you and the preacher… NO! ONLY YOU! If two of “YOU” in your earth (body/temple) AGREE…   Isn’t that what He had just told them and once again said… “Again I tell you, if two of you agree…” whereas in the previous statement he had just said, “Truly I tell you, whatever you forbid on earth must be what is already forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth must be what is already permitted in heaven.” Isn’t that the POWER OF AGREEMENT? Can you not see that it is only by two of you…. the earth (body) agreeing with the heavens (soul or spirit) that anything and everything will come to pass and be done by the Father IN HEAVEN? Where’s earth? YOU ARE! Where’s heaven? IN YOU! As long as you maintain heaven as outside of you then you'll never understand the key Jesus is revealing. Hopefully you understand we are only talking about ourselves and by understanding that we can walk a little further inside this room of revelation opened by the KEY TO THE KINGDOM. Note that Jesus said if any TWO of “you” agree. What’s this about?

We consist of “three” parts: Spirit, Soul, and Body. Yet Jesus said “If two of you in (on) earth,” …so what is He referencing. Very simple. If two of “you” (heavens) in your earth (body), meaning either your “soul AND body,” (that’s two) or your “spirit AND body” (that’s two) agree about whatever they ask, it will come to pass.  There is only ONE earth but TWO heavens in your earth. But remember the order, it must FIRST be done in the heavens before it will be manifested in the earth. The agreement is not the ‘how-to” but the “WAY” it is accomplished. The “how-to” is done in the heavens FIRST! Then the body agrees with the heavens and it comes into manifestation.

As we have touched upon already, this is a principal that affect all. Which heaven (spirit or soul) that agrees with the earth (body) is the determining factor that brings about the manifestation of the thing agreed upon. By understanding this law in operation, we can easily understand the manifestation of everything we “see” in our earth, whether good or evil! The “heavens” reveal the handiwork of itself or the glory of God! It is all determined by the agreeing “partner”…. soul vs. spirit! The “Word” will divide asunder the "soul" from the "Spirit!" But Jesus didn’t stop there, by reading the next verse we see Jesus revealing the “true” order of agreement.

“For” (this word speaks of an adjoining word as if this is the explanation of the previous verse…which it is!)…now starting over… “For wherever two or three are gathered in my name, there I AM in the midst of them.” We must further talk about this verse. For this verse is one of those verses that has bothered me as well as another messenger the Lord sent my way to explain this to me. He stated that that verse had bothered him for many years because it just sounded like God was talking haphazardly…like “if two or three or four… are gathered…or maybe just two…or maybe three…” This just didn’t set right since God is a God of specifics and doesn’t do anything un-systematically. So he began to study and reference this scripture. His findings, I did not understand until recently when the Spirit brought all this together. In actuality, the scripture should read, “For wherever two, EVEN three are gathered in my name, I’ll be the THIRD in the midst of them.

We’ve taken this scripture to mean an assembling of a few people together for a prayer meeting or a bible study, so God was sanctioning the “smallness” of the gathering…! NO, I don’t think so! We’re still “IN YOU!”… 

“Wherever two, even three, I’ll be the third.” This is nothing more than PROPER ORDER of the “heavens and earth” of you agreeing together. Meaning that when the SPIRIT of you, unites with the BODY of you, the SOUL, meaning the Christ of YOU, will be the THIRD in the midst of you bringing to pass the “agreement of order” sent from the throne of God IN YOU! For your “soul-heaven” has died WITH CHRIST and Christ has ascended into heaven (your heaven) and sat down on the throne that you previously occupied. As you look, you see Christ on the throne and you (self) are on the cross. As is very well noted, IT ALL HAPPENS WITHIN YOU!

Can you believe? Interestingly enough, the disciples came to Jesus saying, “Did you know you offended those listening by what you just said?” Jesus simply replied, “Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.”

In order to bring a practical understanding to all these points, we need to once again discuss the reality of hearing the Voice of God. Many that I have asked, say they don’t know if God has ever spoke to them, yet He lives within them everyday and has further promised that He will NEVER leave them nor forsake them. Of course, Christendom does not really believe that because they still want to contain God in an ethereal heaven, so the war flares up again. Maybe the tares will have to grow with the wheat until the time of harvest when the fruit will reveal the truth. But if you hear me and have heard that STILL SMALL VOICE, that is ever talking, then it is of utmost importance that you pay close attention to what is commanded from the throne-room of your heart.

One may quickly think, commandment sounds awful “bossy” for a “still, small Voice.” But that is not the case at all. Actually it is a commandment given in the form of "directions." If you listen and heed, great is your reward, for your life will become a pathway of righteous, peace and joy. If you do not, hell awaits. It’s not the Father’s doing, for He truly wishes for you to learn to gather by two, even three! But instead you find solace and comfort in a much broader and easier pathway, highly traveled, with many acquaintances to compare war stories and conquests with.

You see, you’re a “rich man” in hell when you do not heed the Voice within you. No, I do not believe in the “hell” that is used to create nightmares in young children, agony in adults, and great fear in those about to depart this physical life. I’m talking about that hell that’s used as a whipping post every Sunday morning under many steeples dotting the landscapes of this world. God does not require such a place, for man has truly founded that on his own! For when one does not know who he is, he truly is, a “rich man in hell.” For until you realize that you were created in the image of God, your Heavenly Father, you’ll never know you are a Son of God! And, by the way, Sons of God are “Rich Men!” So in effect, maybe you now understand why I’m calling you a rich man in hell begging that, at the very least, God would raise up Lazarus, the man of flesh covered with the sores of carnality, from the grave and send him to your brothers and warn them not to come to this place. But it will never happen, just as you have…they have Moses and all the other prophets and still won’t believe though one rose from the dead, which is exactly what happened 2000 years ago. Have you believed? Or are you still begging for someone to rise from the dead and preach to you? He already has AND IS!

By the way, where is that place of hellfire? It’s any place you are where there is a great gulf fixed between you and God, where God cannot come to you, and you cannot go to Him. Where is this? IN YOU! There is only ONE WAY, ONE DOOR, ONE LIFE, and ONE TRUTH!

Man has taught man that once man is in hell man cannot escape. But I AM come that you might have LIFE and have IT more ABUNDANTLY! It is stated in the record that God WILL NOT leave you in hell! (Ps 16:10) And if I may so say, YOU’RE not alone there! For it is also stated, “If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.” (Ps 139:8) The reason there is a great gulf between you and God is because you believe there to be one. Remember what you just read? If “two” agree in earth…they shall have! You can have a great gulf if that is what you agree IN YOU to have. It has already been said and may bear repeating: It can work for you just as it can work against you! What is it you believe with the heart and confess with the mouth? Who is issuing commands in your heavens and who is on the throne?

Just as a note of explanation. If you think the afore-mention of hell is speaking of being cast into a lake of fire that is burning with fire and brimstone where you will burn and burn and burn, and be tormented forever, and yet will never be consumed, and you will be besieged with everything imaginable… I’m NOT! BUT I AM! It all depends upon your perception of hell! For the hell that I know and have experienced, contains the exact definition as the one you possibly believe in. The difference is one is a fire of perfection, whereas, if my guess is correct, the description you would state is a fire of punishment! For I do not believe the God whom I serve is capable of such a brutal act of senseless torture. I don’t know of any Father who would demand such from one of his children, and yet we want to attribute this act of merciless cruelty to a “Loving” Father?

The reality of hell that is mentioned above is the hell one experiences when one is subjected to all the forces of evil while being directed by those same forces to the reality of LIFE, that is, the Creator of ALL THINGS… AND HE IS LOVE! Anything apart from the loving nurture of our Heavenly Father, I can promise you, is pure HELL! Can you tell me that “frustrations” is Heaven or Hell? What about “fear?” Heaven or Hell? What about “paranoid?” Heaven or Hell? “Worry.” Heaven or Hell? “Peace.” Heaven or Hell? “Joy.” Heaven or Hell? “Love.” Heaven or Hell? Do you want me to keep going or do you get the picture? So if you been held captive by a life full of hellfire being preached to you every time you went to church or turned on the TV, the way back to the Father just got a little shorter! Hopefully, you have just been lifted out of that HELL! Eventually, every prodigal son will ‘arise” out of the pig pen of hell and “remember” that he is STILL a Son of God though he spent his inheritance on the whores, whims, and wishes of Babylon, HE WILL COME TO HIMSELF (become aware of who he really is) AND ARISE AND GO HOME! And as it is written, The rejoicing is over the “one” that was lost and is found and safely home again. We never read of the Father sending this one to that dreaded place man tells man about. But we do read the prodigal went there of his own making, and upon the realization/discovery of the incorruptible seed within, he got UP and went home.

The Father’s response was saying, Bring MY SON his robe of righteousness, his ring of authority, and have him shod with the preparation of the Gospel of peace, and kill the fatted cow. Maybe you can now understand…if you have yet to experience this happening in your life…you are a “rich man” in hell, slopping the hogs! Have you realized that the “servants” in Father’s house fares better than your present condition? Why not get up and go HOME! Your Father awaits and anticipates your arrival. Sadly, many find themselves in the shoes of the elder son, who stayed at home and when the music was heard and the shout of dancing in the house, once informed, he became resentful toward his brother. This one represents those who “claim to know” their rightful relationship with their Father, yet become bitter when they see how happy the Father is because the Son who was dead and lost, is alive and has been found. These question the response of the Father because they stayed home and “worked” many years, yet others go out and spend their entire fortune on the so-called good life, not realizing the so-called good life only lasts for a season then turns into a hell that completely obliterates and obscures any pleasures experienced.

It’s truly amazing that the soul of man, never remembers the “good” times…. but can tell you the time and place of every wrong done and pain experienced. Have you noticed that? Could it be the “good” times of following after the sensual pleasures of a carnal nature were so fleeting and seasonal that a pragmatic relationship could never be established long enough to create a memory? It’s time to come to yourself and get up out of the mud and mire of this swine mentality and go HOME!
